    Let me begin by saying that I have no derogatory comments to say
    about anyone concerning Mold removal or having a Mold problem. I
    will say however there is a lot more to removal than to wipe clean
    and make everything look clean. Spores can multiply and grow in
    many unseen places, thus the continued symptoms some people have
    who are very sensitive to these spores. Complete eradication of
    mole has to be very detailed and can be very costly depending on
    the level of infestation. Some of the continued problems and
    often overlooked areas are roof leaks, toilet overflows, under
    cabinet leaks, window seepage, vent pipe or dryer vent leakage
    just to name a few. Mold can be killed, however if the cause is
    not taken care of then the fix is only temporary and the
    symptoms of exposure will continue. A dehumidifier is a great
    tool to keep the air moisture minimal, however if you still have
    bad door seals, non efficient heat and air, water leakage then
    needless to say the best of these units will do little good. As
    with lead base paint, the finding and eradication process of
    Mold must be precise, painstaking, and controlled. Proper
    clothing, filtration of air, dust, removed materials, and HEPA
    Vacuuming are all part of the process of Mold removal. If you
    do not feel like you can bet your life on who is doing the work
    then get another opinion, because that is exactly what you are
