I am considering renting one of these units (2/3rd floor townhome floorplan), and
am very curious about the current situation regarding mold. Has the situation
improved? Also, is mold prevalent throughout the complex or mostly on the
bottom/ground floors? And, other than the mold, do you have any pro's/con's to
mention about Il Villagio?
I very much appreciate any insights you can provide. I would be moving into Il
Villagio from out-of-town, without seeing the unit first. Thus, your opinion is
especially valuable!
If you prefer communicating with me privately, please email: Alicein007@yahoo.com
Many thanks!!!
