Re: Mold Remediation Nightmare - Dririte, Jacksonville, FL
Posted by Johncodie on 12/06/06

    Recommendation to JS making the complaint against DRIRITE;
obtain a moisture meter for about $100 bucks, find the areas of
mold and take pictures and write down the moisture readings.
Contact the health department for consultation of your health
related problems, and have them advise the buildig inspectors.
Some municipalites have enviromental courts of buildings that
are not meeting code to the International Standard for mold
free dwelling. You have to be able to visualy see the stuff
growing. After you have by in seek counsel to contact Lee G.
Kellison to report what your demands are. Make sure you
include the pain and suffering and defamation/slanderouse
damages you have received. Mr. Kellison, if there is not mold,
or moisture remaining in the area remediated by your client
DRIRITE you have no cause for worry; but if all you have is two
sheets of paper saying what the un-biased test results are; you
have no defence. The poof is in the pudding; or make your
defense is not based on wolves in sheep skins trying to
remember what the last lie was. You will get caught up in more
    lies.
