It is not just State Farm but the industry as a whole. The bigger the
company the more blantanlty bold in denial they become. I too had to
endure what I would call the ultimate test of Job. From fishing out a
pair of glasses in 22,000 gallon muck filled pool because I did not
have the money to replace them to band aiding a lawn mower to keep the
damaged homes lot mowed so the neighbors would not complain too badly.
I believe Jim Hood attorney general of MS has a cost complete record of
evidence he has in his complaint being filed. This comes from local
Katrina records and from tornadic storms in Oklahoma. I believe gross
negligence would in most cases be the tort being committed. I lived to
make every payment the refused, and in the end my insurance company
blamed me for the covered peril event of a hurricane. I could have
prevented the storm or repaired it on my nickel or dime. After you
have survived you will be one tough financial contender, and you will
know the difference between a home that can get only heated to a
maximum of 40 degrees in 20 degree weather. To a comfortable 70 degrees
in the same weather. You can see your family have lives of
confidence. My recommendation for you stratagy would be damnn the
torpedos full speed ahead. A good head butt on a State Farm
representative would just make my day, how about yours?
