Mold happens in Florida.....black and toxic mold is
extremely limited. I highly doubt it is black mold since
these are all bottom floor units that the sprinklers were
positioned to, this is the reason for the mold. It is
harmless and not toxic. You are ruining the value of 400+
unit owners property. Way to go. You should have had your
unit remedied with a company of your choice and then
submitted it for possible reimbursement. Water intrusion
and leaky HVACS cause mold, it is not BLACK. You would
have never known had the developer not had DRI RITE come
out. You ingest this kind of mold on food more than in
your home. I have never had mold and don't plan on paying
any assesment to help crazed people that scream FIRE like
you. I had a friend for Puro Clean that inspected our unit
for a day and NOTHING!!!!!!!! Perhaps you do have toxic
mold that is causing you to act like a crazed idiot. Maybe
you should rent your unit out and move if this is a problem
for you. The community would sure appreciate it. Good
