    Just wanted to post one other item that I can not have in the house and it is very hard on my poor wife. Cut flowers, and of course, potted flowers because of the soil, water, mold. I was feeling pretty good and completely forgot that I had this sensitivity and for my wife's birthday I brought home three big bouquets of flowers and immediately got sick. NOTE... I have read on this chat board that B 12 shots may help this situation. Any one have any relief after trying B 12 shots??? I'm going to try that. I use Nasanex (spray for the nose) and Zyrtec (antihistamine). It gets me through some bad times.
